The coffee is fresh and roasted to perfection...The beans are not dry but dark and shiny with natural oils...and we have flavors that noone else does. These are the same coffees and teas that we carried in our IRL tea room and many of hte flavors are custom blended for us. Our tea and coffee company is called Cameo Rose and what you order will reflect that name. Your 1/2 to 1 lb bags of coffee or tea will come in a brown coffee bag, to retain freshness. Our labels are works of art in and of themselves....and I will be glad to do special order gift baskets.

The dark roasts have less caffiene. This is a strong Italian espresso, perfect with a dark chocolate truffle for an elegant finish
